1-Year Limited Warranty

Every APEXWILL e-bike is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is included with your purchase at no extra cost.

1. What Is Covered

  • Frame
  • Electric motor
  • Battery — against manufacturing defects (not normal capacity wear; see §4)
  • Controller, display, wiring, and original electronic components
  • Original mechanical parts (brakes, drivetrain, fork) as supplied

2. What Is NOT Covered (Wear & Consumables)

The following are consumable or wear items and are excluded: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips, cables, spokes, saddles, paint/cosmetic finish, and normal wear from use.

3. Exclusions — Conditions That Void Coverage

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the user manual;
  • Water damage (unless the model is specifically rated for it);
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly;
  • Use in commercial/rental/food-delivery fleets;
  • Damage from crashes, theft, or improper storage;
  • Loss of battery capacity from normal cycling (see §4).

4. Battery Capacity

Battery capacity naturally declines with use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. If, within the warranty period, measured capacity falls below 70% of original due to a defect (not normal wear), we will repair or replace the battery at our discretion.

5. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
  2. Our team will diagnose and, if covered, arrange repair or replacement.
  3. Keep your proof of purchase; warranty is verified against the order record.

6. Remedy

At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective part or product. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund of the purchase price. Shipping for covered warranty service within the U.S. is on us.

7. Limitations

This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defects and is in lieu of all other warranties, except those implied by law which are limited to the warranty period. It does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limits may not apply to you.

8. Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
