Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for complete e-bikes (a physical address is required for freight delivery). International shipping is not offered at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Pre-order or back-ordered items show an estimated ship date on the product page.

3. Delivery Time

All U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Contiguous U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
• APO/FPO: 10–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. "Business days" are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery dates shown anywhere on our site (product pages, cart, or banners) all refer to this same 3–7 business day window.

4. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all U.S. e-bike orders. Expedited or express options, if selected at checkout, are charged at the rate shown before you pay.

5. Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to activate.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours so we can open a carrier investigation.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (not applicable for domestic U.S. orders), or incorrect address information you provide. If your order is late, email [email protected] and we will help track it down.

8. Address Changes

Notify us at [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering to correct an address. Once an order ships, address changes must be arranged with the carrier and may incur a fee.

9. Taxes

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination address.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
