AM20 TikTok Creator Challenge — Official Rules

A. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participants under 18 may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also claim any applicable reward on their behalf.

  • Participants must have a public TikTok account. Private accounts cannot be verified for eligible views.

  • The AM20 featured in the submitted video must be legally owned by the participant or used with the vehicle owner's permission.

  • Apexwill employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • Store Credit is only valid for orders shipped to destinations where apexwill.com currently offers delivery. The Challenge itself is open internationally, subject to these shipping restrictions.

B. Content Requirements

Submitted videos must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The content must be original and filmed by the participant.

  • Each video must be at least 15 seconds long.

  • The AM20 must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Participants must include #APEXWILL and the official Challenge hashtag in the video caption. Tagging the official Apexwill account is recommended.

  • All content must comply with applicable laws and TikTok's rules and policies.

Safety & Compliance — Required

  • Videos may only depict the AM20 being used in off-road or legally permitted closed-course environments.

  • Videos must not show or imply riding on public roads, or claim or suggest that the AM20 is street legal.

  • Riders must wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear, and filming must take place in a location where such activity is legally permitted.

  • If a participant receives a product, compensation, Store Credit, discount, or other material benefit in connection with the Challenge, the participant must make any disclosure required by applicable law, including FTC requirements such as #ad, #gifted, or other clear and conspicuous disclosure where applicable.

Prohibited Content

The following content is not eligible:

  • Riding without appropriate protective equipment or depicting reckless or dangerous riding

  • Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances

  • Copyright-infringing music, video, images, or other content

  • Content that maliciously disparages or makes false claims about competing brands or products

  • Sexually explicit, violent, political, or otherwise inappropriate content

  • False or misleading product specifications, performance claims, or range claims

  • Any content that violates applicable laws, TikTok policies, or third-party rights

C. View-Based Reward Rules

  • Rewards are based on the organic TikTok views of each individual submitted video.

  • Views generated through TikTok's paid promotion features, including Promote or Spark Ads, may be counted. However, views generated through purchased views, bots, click farms, engagement groups, or other artificial traffic do not qualify.

  • Each video is eligible for one reward only, based on the highest reward tier reached. Reward tiers are not cumulative.
    Example: A video reaching 110,000 eligible views earns the $100 reward, not $10 + $20 + … + $100.

  • Participants may submit multiple videos. Each eligible video is evaluated independently.

  • To prevent spam or bulk submissions, Apexwill may limit rewards to a maximum of five (5) qualifying videos per account per calendar month.

  • A video must remain publicly available for at least 7 days after posting before it may be submitted for reward verification.

  • Submissions must be made within 14 days after the Challenge ends. Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • The same video may not be submitted more than once.

  • Where multiple qualifying submissions are received from the same account within the monthly limit, rewards will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • View counts will be determined based on the analytics screenshot submitted by the participant at the time of submission. Apexwill reserves the right to independently verify submitted view counts and eligibility.

D. Reward — Apexwill Store Credit

  • Rewards will be issued as Store Credit for use on apexwill.com.

  • Store Credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

  • Once eligibility has been verified, Store Credit will generally be issued within 7–14 business days to the email address or account information provided during submission.

  • Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

  • Store Credit cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.

  • Only one Store Credit reward may be used per order.

  • Store Credit cannot be applied toward shipping charges or taxes.

  • If an order purchased using Store Credit is returned, the Store Credit will not be refunded as cash. Where applicable, the unused portion may be returned to the participant's account with the original expiration date.

  • Because rewards are issued as Store Credit rather than cash, participants are not required to provide tax information solely for the purpose of receiving the Store Credit, except where required by applicable law.

E. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Purchasing views, followers, likes, or other engagement

  • Using bots, automated traffic, or fake accounts

  • Participating in view-exchange or engagement-exchange groups

  • Using third-party services designed to artificially increase views or engagement

  • Falsifying, manipulating, or altering TikTok analytics screenshots

  • Submitting the same video more than once

  • Any other attempt to artificially influence eligibility or reward calculations

Apexwill may review submitted content and analytics for signs of manipulation or abnormal activity, including but not limited to:

  • Significant inconsistencies between views and engagement, such as extremely high views combined with unusually low engagement

  • Abnormally rapid or unexplained spikes in views

  • Traffic or view patterns that appear highly concentrated in a single non-target region without a reasonable explanation

  • Discrepancies between submitted screenshots and the actual performance data associated with the video

  • Other activity that Apexwill reasonably determines to be inconsistent with genuine audience engagement

If Apexwill determines that a participant or submission violates these Rules, Apexwill may, at its sole discretion:

  • Disqualify the individual video;

  • Disqualify the participant's account from the Challenge;

  • Cancel or recover Store Credit that has already been issued; and/or

  • Prohibit the participant from participating in future Apexwill promotional programs.

F. Content Usage Rights

By submitting a video to the Challenge, the participant grants Apexwill a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, adapt, and repost the submitted content for Apexwill's marketing and promotional purposes, including on:

  • Apexwill's website

  • Social media channels

  • Digital and paid advertising

  • Email marketing

  • Other Apexwill-owned or operated marketing channels

Apexwill may select, edit, crop, adapt, and repost submitted content for promotional purposes.

Where reasonably practicable, Apexwill will credit the original creator when featuring submitted content on its official channels.

By submitting content, participants represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license and that their submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

G. Disclaimers & General Terms

  • Off-road riding involves inherent risks. Participants are solely responsible for their own safety and for ensuring that their filming activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and property rules.

  • Apexwill is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, or other harm arising from a participant's participation in the Challenge or use of the AM20, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Apexwill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge, including its reward tiers, eligibility requirements, or start and end dates, when reasonably necessary. The latest version of the Rules published on the official Challenge page will control.

  • Submission of a video constitutes the participant's acceptance of these Official Rules and Apexwill's Privacy Policy.

  • Information collected through the Challenge will be used for eligibility verification, reward fulfillment, administration of the Challenge, and participant communications, in accordance with Apexwill's Privacy Policy.

  • If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
