Shipping Policy

At Apexwill, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services for our customers.

1. Shipping Coverage

Apexwill currently ships to customers within the continental United States and selected regions in North America.

At this time, we may not ship to certain remote locations, islands, PO Boxes, military addresses, or regions requiring special freight arrangements.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on product category, order value, and destination.

Electric Bikes

Most Apexwill electric bike orders within eligible delivery regions qualify for Free Shipping.

Accessories & Parts

  • Orders over $99 USD: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $99 USD: Flat shipping fee applies at checkout

Applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Transit times generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from [email protected] or our logistics partners.

Please allow carrier systems additional time to update tracking activity.

4. Shipping Delays & Carrier Limitations

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier network congestion
  • Customs or inspection procedures
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Transportation or logistics interruptions

Apexwill is not responsible for carrier-related delays outside our direct control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist and provide shipment updates.

If your shipment has not arrived within 14 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

For high-value products, carriers may require a delivery signature or verification upon receipt.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment when required.

6. Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.

Minor wear or cosmetic damage to the external packaging may occur during freight transportation and does not necessarily indicate product damage.

If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears incorrect, please contact Apexwill as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The product condition
  • Any visible damage or missing components

Our team will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

7. Refused Deliveries & Return-Related Shipping Charges

Customers are encouraged to accept delivery and contact our support team if any concerns arise.

Refused shipments or undeliverable orders not caused by Apexwill may incur return freight, handling, or logistics charges.

Eligible non-defective returns may also be subject to applicable restocking or inspection fees as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns involving verified defects or shipping damage are generally exempt from such fees.

8. Optional Shipping Protection

Basic carrier coverage may be included depending on shipping method and destination.

Where available, optional shipping protection or extended coverage may be offered during checkout.

Coverage terms are determined by the applicable shipping or insurance provider.
